How does the booking flow work?+

Find a place and send a free request — no card needed at this step. The host has 24 hours to approve. If they approve, we'll prompt you to pay; once payment goes through, we share the exact address and the host's contact. If they decline or don't respond, nothing happens — your card was never asked for.

When am I actually charged?+

Only after the host approves AND you complete the payment step. Sending a request is completely free. If your request is declined or expires after 24 hours, no payment is ever taken — we never even ask for your card.

What if the host doesn't respond?+

After 24 hours the request expires automatically. Since we hadn't asked for your card, there's nothing to release — and we'll automatically suggest similar places that fit your dates.

What's the cancellation policy?+

If you cancel before paying, there's nothing to refund — you weren't charged. Once paid, you're fully refundable up to 7 days before your stay. After that the booking is non-refundable. The security deposit (if your host requires one) is always refunded after the stay assuming no damage.

Are bookings overnight or daytime?+

Both. Pick morning, evening, full day, or full day with sleepover. Check-in is 12pm; sleepover checkout is 10am the next day.

What payment methods can I use?+

Visa, Mastercard, and CliQ — collected only after your host approves. We never store your card details; payment is handled by a PCI-compliant gateway.

Can I bring more guests than the listing's base capacity?+

If the host allows it, yes — you'll see an extra-guest fee in the price breakdown when you increase the guest count. That amount is part of the total you'll pay after approval.
