Every place on Chaleti has been visited by our team before going live. We verify ownership, sign a contract with the host, and shoot the photos and video ourselves. That protects guests and hosts alike.

We only ask for your card after the host approves your request. At that point, payment runs through a secure gateway (Visa, Mastercard, CliQ), and we never store card details. Host payouts release 7 days after your stay ends — enough time to surface any issue.
